Media Credentials

 We would like to extend an invitation for you to obtain press credentials, in advance, for our annual Motorama Races & Shows at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, Pa. February 17th and 18th, 2024.  Due to the large number of spectators and participants that attend this event, it is difficult for us to honor members of the media at the admissions gate, therefor we request that you complete the below media form and liability release, and we will mail you your press pass in advance a week or two before the show.

Your press pass entitles you to access show areas and races during advertised show hours. This grants you the opportunity to record, photograph and/or write about the 2024 Motorama Races & Shows. This does not entitle you to solicit business or sell anything. If you wish to sell anything to the spectators or participants during show hours you must purchase a vendor space (10' X 10',    $325.00) in one of the show areas. 

To remain on our email list for future press credentials, we request any photos, videos, or articles to be forwarded via email to andy@agoodman.net

All forms must be submitted by February 1st. This will give us time to approve you as a legitimate media outlet, process your form and return your pass. No forms will be accepted after this date! There will be limited parking in the main lot, you may park in the spectator lot or off site lot and take the shuttle.  The venue does change $10.00 per day to park.

In consideration of being granted an opportunity to photograph, video record and/or write about any or all events sponsored by Motorama associates and intended to be legally bound hereby: I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnity Motorama associates, the promoters, property owners, the participants in scheduled events, the owners, sponsors and manufacturers of all racing equipment upon the premises, and the officials, representatives, agents and employees of all of them, of and from all liability, loss, claims, demands and possible causes of action that may otherwise accrue from any loss, damage or injury, including death, to my person or property, in any way resulting from, or arising from, or arising in connection with, or related to, any scheduled event, and whether their arising while engaged in competition or in practice or preparation therefore, or while upon, entering or departing from said premises, from any cause whatsoever including without limitation the failure of anyone to enforce rules and regulations, failure to make inspections, or the negligence of other persons. I know the risk and danger to myself and property while upon said premises or while participating or assisting in a scheduled event and i do so voluntarily and in reliance, not upon property, equipment, facilities and existing conditions furnished by others, but upon my own judgement and ability, and I thereby assume all risk for loss, damage or injury, including death, to myself and my property from any cause whatsoever and whether or not attributable to the negligence of others.

I also release and make void any and all copyright protection on any articles written about or photographs or video taken during this event for use in promotional literature for future Motorama Events.
