Space is limited. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendors will have access to their booth spaces beginning at 8:00 AM both show days.

Motorama Races & Shows brings together motorsports enthusiasts, competitors, families, and industry professionals for one of the region's largest indoor motorsports weekends.
With more than 5,000 participants and 50,000 motorsports spectators, Motorama provides vendors with an outstanding opportunity to showcase products, promote their brand, generate leads, and connect directly with a highly engaged motorsports audience.
VENDOR LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT MOTORAMA
Vendor opportunities are available throughout the event, allowing you to select the area that best matches your target audience:
- Car, Truck & Bike Show – Expo Hall
- Radio Control Expo & Racing – Equine Barn, Equine Arena & West Hall
- Speed Show – Main Hall
- Multiple Locations – Expand your presence with booth space in multiple areas of the show
VENDOR PASSES
Your vendor registration includes:
First 10' x 10' Booth: Two (2) two-day vendor passes
Each Additional 10' x 10' Booth: One (1) additional two-day vendor pass
Please do not laminate your two-day vendor passes.
Facility Parking Details
We suggest you purchase an advanced vendor parking pass which gains you quick access into the venue's Mclay Street parking lots for single space vehicle parking. Be sure to display your parking pass when arriving Saturday and Sunday so staff knows you are a prepaid participant. If you bring more than a single vehicle, you must purchase an off-site Elmerton Lot or Reserved Lot space when registering. Please note that after 8:30am there is no guaranteed access to the on-site lot due to the large volume of traffic, you may be directed to an alternate lot and bussed over.
If you will be bringing additional staff with you, please purchase their ticket(s) when you register so they receive participant passes to get into the show with you. All general admission passes are for 9:00am entry.
Important Event Information: After completion of your entry, go back to the registration page for participant information, download and print maps and lodging information before coming to Harrisburg. It could make your Motorama visit less stressful.

VIP reserved seating is now available in the Large Arena only, is very limited quantity and can be reserved here. All other areas of the show is general admission and does not guarantee seating in any arena.
