The final schedule will be emailed to contestants 2 weeks before Motorama Weekend

Friday,  February 14th 2025
6:30 pm – Pageant Meeting and Rehearsal in the Ms. Motorama Room. Ladies wear comfy clothes and shoes, please bring the heels/shoes you will be wearing on stage to practice in. Contestants MUST notify Melanie via email (melscarshows@gmail.com) by February 1st if they can not make Friday’s meeting.

Saturday, February 15th 2025
7:00 am – The Ms. Motorama Room open for contestants
8:00 am – Doors open for Vendors and Participants
8:30 am - 9:00 am – Arrival Time for Contestants
9:00 am – Doors open for Spectators
9:00 am – 10:00 am Meet & Greet in assigned rooms selling charity voting tickets
10:45 am – Contestants return to the Ms. Motorama Room to prep for Interviews
11:00 am – Judged Interviews in The Ms. Motorama Room – After leaving interviews, contestants not entered in the RC Race will report to the Children’s Miracle Network Booth to sell voting tickets!
Noon – Ms. Motorama RC Car Race (Contestants entered in the race will be first into interviews so they can leave for the RC Room right after their interview)
Noon – 2:00 pm – VIP Room Open for Lunch
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm – Contestants report to the Ms. Motorama room to prep for the Swimwear round.
2:30 pm – Judged Swimwear Round on Hot Rod/Tuner Hall Stage followed by Crowd Choice Swimwear Round
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm – VIP Room Open for Dinner
6:00 pm – The Ms. Motorama Room – Bucket Collection Meeting
6:45 pm – Main Arena – Charity Bucket Collections & Opening Ceremonies – Ladies are free to leave after bucket collections.

Sunday,  February 16th 2025
7:00 am – The Ms. Motorama Room open for Contestants
8:00 am – Doors open for Vendors and Participants
9:00 am – Doors open for Spectators
9:00 am – 9:30 am – Arrival Time for Contestants
10:30 am – Judged Sportswear Round on the Speed Show Stage followed by the Awards Ceremony and crowning of Ms. Motorama
Noon – 2:00 pm – VIP Room Open for Lunch
1:30 pm – Main Arena – Announcement of Ms Motorama and Top 5
1:45 pm – End of Races – Ms Motorama Stays in the Main Arena for awards with racers
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Speed Show Awards (Optional for contestants)
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Quarter Midget Awards (Optional for contestants)
3:30 pm – 5:30 pm – Hot Rod/Tuner Awards (Optional for contestants)
5:00 pm – 5:30 pm – Battle Bots Awards (Optional for contestants)
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – RC Car Awards (Optional for contestants)
