Ms. Motorama Schedule

    

Friday, February 20th

  

6:00 PM

Pageant   Meeting and Rehearsal in the Ms. Motorama Room. Ladies, wear comfy clothes   and shoes. Please bring the heels/shoes you will be wearing on stage to   practice in. Contestants must notify Melanie via email (msmotoramapageant@gmail.com) by February 1st if they can not make Friday’s meeting. 


Saturday, February 21st

  

7:00 AM

Ms.   Motorama Room will be open for contestants

 

8:00-8:30 AM

Arrival time for contestants

Contestants are free to take this time to fundraise with their   buckets

 

9:45 AM

Contestants return to Ms. Motorama Room to prepare for interviews

 

10:00 AM

Judged Interviews will begin in Ms. Motorama Room

● After   interviews, contestants will report to the Charity Booth to help sell   fundraising tickets or pick up buckets for donations

 

10:45 AM

Interview Intermission

 

10:00 AM

Interviews resume

 

Noon-2:00 PM

VIP Room is open for Lunch for Ms. Motorama Contestants ONLY

 

1:30-2:00 PM

Contestants report to Ms. Motorama Room to prepare for the   Swimwear Round

 

2:15 PM

The Ms. Motorama contestants will walk down to the Swimwear stage together

 

2:30 PM

Judged Swimwear round on the Hot Rod/Tuner Hall Stage, followed by   the Crowd-Voted Swimwear Round

 

5:00-7:00 PM

VIP Room open for Dinner

 

6:00 PM

Contestants meet in the Ms. Motorama Room for the Bucket   Collection Meeting

 

6:20 PM

Contestants will walk as a group to the Main Arena

 

6:45 PM

Main Arena - Charity Bucket Collections & Opening Ceremonies

● Ladies can   leave after the bucket collections

 

8:00 PM 

Ms. Motorama contestant room closes.


Sunday, February 22nd 

  

7:00 AM

Ms.   Motorama Room is open for contestants

 

9:00-9:30 AM

Arrival Time for contestants

 

10:30 AM

Judged Sportswear Round on the Speed Show Stage, followed by the   Awards Ceremony and Crowning of Ms. Motorama

 

Noon-2:00 PM

VIP Room Open for Lunch

 

1:30 PM

Main Arena - Announcement of Ms. Motorama Top Five and Winner

 

1:45 PM

Ms. Motorama stays in the Main Arena for the 30-second board and   awards for the winners

 

2:30-3:30 PM

Speed Show Awards - 1st and 2nd Runner-Ups

 

3:00-5:00 PM

Quarter Midget Awards (optional for contestants)

 

3:30-5:30 PM

Hot Rod/Tuner Awards (optional for contestants)

 

5:00-5:30 PM

Battle Bot Awards (optional for contestants)

 

5:00-6:00 PM

RC Car Awards (optional for contestants)
