CTB EXPO Hall ROLL IN INFORMATION

Custom Car Truck and Bike Show Vendor Roll In

Requested Roll in Timing:

Show vehicles in a 20*20 or 15*20 space starting at 10am  

Show Vehicles in a 10*10 or 10*20 starting 1pm.

Sign in and set up for small vendors is 10am-8pm.

Sign in and set up for large vendors try to arrive before 1pm.


Vendors are suggested to stay with their booth until the show room is closed. 

Showroom will close at 10pm sharp. 


Roll in takes place Friday  between the hours of 10am and 8pm.  We will have ushers around the parking lot of the Pennsylvania State Farm Show Complex to help direct you to the Expo Hall.  Upon making your way up the entrance ramp our roll in team will be at the overhead doors waiting for you.  They will get you inside the building and direct you to the check in table.  After you have checked in, received and verified receipt of important materials our ushers will help escort you to your display space.  We will allow trailers into the building to unload for as long as there is ample room in the facility, once things begin to get tight we may have to request that you unload outside.  Knowing this we do urge anyone who will be trailering to arrive before 12noon on Friday February 14th if possible. 


Another alternative is that we will be offering a small window for those that need extra time to set up due to complex displays;  the opportunity to roll in on Thursday between 2pm and 6pm.  If this is something you would like to take advantage of please contact Dan Swisher directly at 717-269-2625 to set up a specific time for early roll in.  There may be some other alternative options to roll in earlier and that can be discussed with Swish directly one on one.


Please note you will not be able to get into the building on Saturday without your tickets, and they will not be replaced if lost. You will need to purchase replacement tickets if lost. 


Our objective is to make your experience as pleasant as possible for roll in, we understand that it can get hectic and we will be doing everything in our power to streamline the process to make it easy and enjoyable for everyone, but we need your help.  Please pull your trailer and/or support vehicle out once unloaded and please avoid blocking the aisle ways with your content the best you can.  If we all work together we can make the show set up easy and enjoyable for everyone. Speed Show Main HALL ROLL IN INFORMATION

Speed Show Roll In

Requested Roll in Timing:

Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 


Roll in takes place Friday between the hours of  9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.   When arriving at Harrisburg on Friday, enter from Cameron Street to Industrial Road and go around the backside of the complex (see arrows).  Be sure and have your exhibitor/vendor entrance pass ready to show the guard.  Make your way around the building to the roll up door (#3 on the map)

We will provide overnight security from 10:00pm to 8:00am.  No one will be allowed in the show area during this time.  Only vendors and vehicle owners will be allowed into the show area from 8:00am to 9:00am Saturday and Sunday.
